Damaged during shipping:

In the unlikely event of Any defects that occur due to shipping, we request immediate notification within 24 hours of receiving the product and photographic evidence.
You will be responsible to contacting the courier and asking for a product mishandling reimbursement.
We will issue a 40% refund or credit for the item as a courtesy should we deem it damaged during transport.

How will it come packaged?:

All of our products will come wrapped in recycled eco-friendly and compostable honey comb paper in box packaging with no plastic. Australia orders will be in a white box

Tracking my product:

Australian shipments will be giving a shipping tracking number and through Australian post

All international will be with DHL with a tracking number

Please keep in mind you are fully responsible for tracking your product and allowing the delivery a safe place for it to be placed. Should the product return to our office or become lost you will be responsible for reshipment or purchasing of new product.

How will my product look?:

Each crystal is perfectly imperfect, craved from semi precious and precious stones. Dark marks, texture and scratches are a natural occurrence from mother earth and completely normal for the nature of the products… Stones and crystals.
